How To Curate A Cosy Winter Dinner
January can feel like a long month, particularly this far north in the British Isles, and the weather can surprise us with each new day. We've been lucky to have had some beautiful winter sun here in Edinburgh of late, even though the ground has been glittering white with hard frost. Layered up in thermals and padded coats we've been enjoying long walks through the city's streets and parks, but we also love returning home to a hot cup of tea or wee dram!
On days the storm clouds are gathering we like to bring our friends and family together for cosy dinners and conversation.
