For deliveries to countries in the European Union, the purchaser may incur additional import duties and custom charges. These are levied at the port of ingress and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

DISPATCH TIMES
Our team works a 4 day week from Monday-Thursday and all orders are dispatched on these days. We aim to dispatch all Bohemia orders within 2 working days, however, this may be slightly longer during particularly busy periods. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched and the shipment confirmation email will provide you with the relevant tracking information where this service has been selected. Our customer service team are on hand for any queries you may have.
Due to Brexit rules and regulations, deliveries to the European Union may take longer to arrive than usual, in some cases up to 2 weeks. For deliveries to countries in the European Union, the purchaser is responsible for any taxes and duties required by the country of delivery.

Please note: Filled pouffes can take up to 5 working days to be dispatched.
METHODS OF DELIVERY
All orders are sent by Royal Mail 48 or by courier service (DPD, UPS, DHL, TNT or Parcel Force). As our couriers will require a signature on delivery, if you are not normally at home during the day please supply an alternative address such as your work address, or instructions on where your parcel can be safely left, for example with a neighbour. A card will be left to re-arrange delivery if no one is at home to receive your order.
For international deliveries, Royal Mail works in conjunction with the local postal service of each country.
*ROW Exclusions
To offer the best service we send all overseas orders by Royal Mail or courier. We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over £250 except to the following countries: Kuwait, Jordan, Oman, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and Qatar. For international orders under £250 shipping costs are calculated by volumetric weight and will be added to your order at checkout.
