Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over £75 in the UK and free shipping on orders over £250 in Europe and the Rest of the World.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on orders over £75 in the UK. Standard Shipping costs £3.95. Next-day Delivery is available for orders placed Monday to Thursday before 1pm, (excluding Filled Pouffes) and costs £10.95. Saturday Delivery is available for orders placed by 1pm Friday and costs £20.
We offer free shipping on orders over £250 in Europe. Standard Shipping costs £10.95 and Express Shipping costs £40.
We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over £250 except to the following countries: Kuwait, Jordan, Oman, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and Qatar.
For international orders under £250 shipping costs are calculated by volumetric weight and will be added to your order at checkout.
We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over £150. Standard Shipping costs £12.95 and Express Shipping costs £50.
How long will my order take to arrive in the UK?
We offer free shipping on orders over £75 which takes 3 to 5 working days to arrive.
Our Standard Delivery is via Royal Mail Tracked which also takes 3 to 5 working days.
Next-day Delivery is available for orders placed Monday to Thursday before 1pm, this excludes Filled Pouffes.
Saturday Delivery is also available for orders placed by 1pm Friday.
We aim to deliver within the timeframes noted above, however, please be aware that Royal Mail may experience occasional delays, resulting in parcels arriving later than expected, especially during busy periods.
How long will my order take to arrive in Europe?
We offer free shipping on orders over £250 which takes 5 to 7 working days to arrive. Our Standard Delivery also takes 5 to 7 working days.
Express Shipping is available with delivery of 2 to 3 working days.
Due to Brexit and packages from the UK being subject to import duties and customs charges, there are likely delays with deliveries to Europe.
How long will my order take to arrive in Rest of the World?
We offer free shipping on orders over £250 (exclusions apply) which takes 7 to 10 working days to arrive.
Our Standard Delivery also takes 7 to 10 working days.
Express Shipping is available with delivery of 2 to 3 working days.
Are there any additional costs because of Brexit?
For deliveries to countries in the European Union, the purchaser may incur additional import duties and customs charges. These are levied at the port of ingress and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
What couriers do you use?
All orders are sent by Royal Mail 48 or by courier services including DPD, UPS, DHL, TNT and Parcel Force. For international deliveries, Royal Mail works in conjunction with the local postal service of each country.
I need my order by a specific date, which service should I use?
Our Standard Delivery takes up to 5 working days so we recommend ordering in advance. We also have Next Day Delivery options which can be applied to orders placed Monday to Thursday before 1pm.
Are your postal services tracked?
Our standard UK shipping with Royal Mail tracks when a delivery attempt or delivery is made. Our next day delivery is a fully tracked service with DPD. All international services are also tracked.
How will my order be sent?
All our orders are sent in recyclable packaging. We use a paper based bubble wrap and branded tissue paper for more delicate items and always take care to ensure our products are beautifully wrapped with care.
Do you offer Gift Wrapping?
We offer a gift-wrapping service which is available at checkout. Gift-wrapping costs £2.75. Your order will beautifully wrapped in natural brown paper and cotton herringbone ribbon. To add gift wrapping to your order select the 'Add Gift Wrap' at the checkout.
Can I include a personal message for gifts?
Personalised messages can be added to gifts as part of our gift-wrapping service.
Do you offer free returns?
We accept returns within 30 days provided that the item is returned in its original and unused condition, with all tags still attached and with all original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return postage costs.
Once we have received the returned item(s), we will issue a full refund minus the original delivery charge. Original delivery charges are non-refundable. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. Please use adequate packaging to protect your package during transit.

It can take up to 14 days from the date we receive your return to process your return.
Can gifts be returned?
Yes, gifts can be returned in their original and unused condition, with all tags still attached and with all original packaging. Any refunds would go to the original purchaser, however we can also offer a credit note if that is preferred.

Do you offer an exchange service?
We do not offer an exchange service, however, you are welcome to return unwanted items and make a new purchase.
I’ve changed my mind, can I cancel my order?
If we have accepted an order from you and you then wish to cancel this order you must email us within 24 hours to notify us of this. Please quote your Bohemia Design Limited order number. If you have already been sent an email confirming despatch it will not be possible to cancel your order. In this case it will be necessary for you to return the goods to us at your own cost and risk. A charge of £5.00 will apply to cover our delivery charges and administration costs.
Where are your products from?
We source our products directly from Morocco, India, Kenya, and Turkey. Each product is handmade by skilled artisans, with our suppliers all adhering to ethical and sustainable practices.
What is a slight second?
Our slight seconds are items with minor imperfections, size or colour variation. These are often a result of the handcrafted process and the items are reduced in price to reflect these inconsistencies. Our slight second products are all non-refundable.
Why do some of the slippers smell?
The organic processing of the leathers may leave a residue of scent which is totally natural. When you receive your slippers, air them out and the scent will fade.

Can I purchase a gift card?
To purchase a Bohemia gift card visit https://www.bohemiadesign.co.uk/products/gift-card.
Once ordered you will receive an email that contains a unique gift card code that can be used at checkout to redeem its value. If you are buying a gift card for someone else, then it is your responsibility to forward the gift card email to the recipient.
Using your gift card:
- Bohemia gift cards hold a balance that can be spent over more than one order.
- If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, click Complete order.
- If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, you will be prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.
- We can’t accept any responsibility for stolen, lost or deleted gift vouchers. Gift cards can sometimes be caught in spam filters. Make sure your recipient has received their gift card, as it is their responsibility to keep the gift card safe.
- We can’t take responsibility if a gift voucher cannot be delivered to the recipient’s email address because of spam filters, firewalls, the capacity of the recipient’s mailbox or any other factors outside of our control.
