Edinburgh Store | Spring Workshop Launch

Last week we celebrated the launch of our Spring Workshops with a special event at our Edinburgh store. We invited the movers and shakers of Edinburgh to join us for a sneak preview of our latest print designs and learn more about the handmade processes behind our contemporary bohemian goods.

Our new Eye and Cactus print designs are hand block printed for us by an artisan studio in the Rajasthan region of India. The studio has been block printing since the 16th century, and we feel humbled to work together with such highly skilled printmakers who have passed their incredible craft down through generations.

The Bearded Baker kept our sugar levels topped up throughout the night with delicious doughnuts from their new cafe in Canonmills, whilst guests tried their hand a block printing their own tote bag with a hand carved wood block, hand carved by our artisan friends in India.

Our Spring Workshop series features five Sunday crafting sessions run by talented local makers. From modern calligraphy, macrame and butter knife carving to creating natural, botanical skincare and learning to weave, come and learn a traditional skill with us!
