Returns
Free UK returns within 30 days of receipt*, provided that the item returned is in its original and unused condition, with all tags still attached and with all original packaging.
*For large and oversized products (including stuffed pouffes and rugs), buyer pays return postage.
Customers from outside the UK are responsible for the return postage.
Extended Christmas Returns Period
Our extended Christmas returns policy is valid from 31st October 2019 and you'll have until 31st January 2020 to return items purchased during this time.
