Delivery

We aim to despatch all Bohemia orders within three working days, however this may be slightly longer during particularly busy periods. Please be assured our customer service department will keep you updated at all times on the progress of your order. You will receive an email notification once your order has been despatched.

Please note: Stuffed pouffes can take up to 7 working days to be dispatched.

For orders outside the UK the purchaser may incur additional import duties and custom charges. These are levied at the port of ingress and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Methods of Delivery

All orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded delivery or by courier service. Both Royal Mail and courier deliveries require a signature on receipt of your parcel. If you are not normally at home during the day please supply an alternative address such as your work address, or instructions on where your parcel can be safely left, for example with a neighbour. A card will be left to re-arrange delivery if no one is at home to receive your order.

All deliveries to the Middle East will be sent with TNT, fully tracked and signed for.

Delivery Times

UK Mainland customers receive their orders by Next Day courier service once despatched (Monday - Friday only). UK Islands & Highlands (and Ireland) customers receive their orders by Royal Mail First Class Recorded service, delivered within 3-5 working days.

Middle East deliveries are expected to arrive between 2-4 working days.

All international destinations will receive their orders by national mail service within 10 working days.

Your shipment confirmation email will provide you with the relevant tracking information.
