Perfect Pancakes

It's nearly Pancake Tuesday! Yay! Pancakes are fast and easy with such a wonderful array of goodies, both sweet and savoury, that you can put on them. The possibilities are just endless. Though, to be honest, my favourite is still the good old faithful, lemon and sugar, pure heaven, yummy!
So, how to make the perfect pancake? Well, we think the BBC has a sweet little recipe that I'll be trying out next Tuesday, if I can manage to wait that long. Or how about something a bit different? A Beghrir is a Moroccan pancake which is made with yeast and we came across a great gluten free Beghrir recipe on the Girl Cooks World website.
