The authentic Chelsea Boot by Penelope Chilvers is a supremely comfortable and stylish flat boot, versatile and easy to wear. Made in Spanish leather (vegetable dyed cowhide) with stripe pull, in light silver grey. The boots have a cute 'tomboy' style with an almond shaped toe, full leather sole and heel. Penelope Chilvers calls this colour 'silver', but we find it's more a cream with a lovely sheen.
