Please note that we aim to dispatch all Bohemia orders within 2 working days, however this may be slightly longer during particularly busy periods. We always use plastic free packaging to wrap and send your orders. We occasionally use recycled bubble wrap or plastic sheeting when necessary.
Returns
Free UK returns within 30 days of receipt*, provided that the item returned is in its original and unused condition, with all tags still attached and with all original packaging.
*For large and oversized products (including stuffed pouffes and rugs), buyer pays return postage. Seconds items are non-refundable.
Customers from outside the UK are responsible for the return postage.
