Jenny Lockton - Creative Director

Born: Sutton Coldfield, the middle of England, a long way from the sea.
When you were a child what did you want to be when you grew up?
The first job I ever wanted was as a bus conductor - yes they did have them when I was a child and I loved their hand cranked ticket machines. It was such a treat to ride on a bus in those days, hopping on and off the back!
What was your favourite TV program when you were a kid?
We had an old black and white TV when I was small and I loved to watch Belle & Sebastien, I always wanted a dog of my own to go exploring with, something big and fluffy like a Pyrenean Mountain dog or a St. Bernard.
What was the first album you ever bought?
There were some wicked record shops in Edinburgh when I was growing up, I remember spending hours in Ezy Rider Records at Grey Friars Market. We had proper records in those days, vinyl with amazing artwork on the sleeves. The first I remember buying was a second hand copy of "Hurry on Sundown", the first Hawkwind album - you have to remember I was a true child of the 60's!

Jonathan Kay - Wholesale Manager

When you were a child what did you want to be when you grew up?
Chocolate tester, master scuba diver....a Jedi. Oh, I mean, Wholesale Manager for Bohemia...obviously.
What was your favourite TV program when you were a kid?
Pfffft. He-man, TMNT (teenage mutant ninja turtles), Batman, X-men, Spiderman, Pokemon, Bernards Watch, Demon Headmaster, I could go on but the list gets worse (or better...)
What was the first album you ever bought?
Oasis - Whats the Story Morning Glory.

Alison Harding - Operations Manager

Born:Edinburgh, Scotland
When you were a child what did you want to be when you grew up?
When I was little I had lots of different ideas of what I wanted to be when I grew up. These ranged from perfume maker to marine biologist (specialising in humpback whales) to running a skatewear company!
What was your favourite TV program when you were a kid?
I can't really remember any specific programs that I watched as a child. I loved The Muppets, Fraggle Rock, The Queen's Nose. I would also watch what my brother was watching so loved Knightrider and Blue Thunder.
What was the first album you ever bought?
I think the first album I bought was "Kylie" by Kylie Minogue. I also remember having the 7" vinyl of Europe's "The Final Countdown." Definitely a classic!

Sarah Henderson - Brand Manager

Born: Aberdeen, Scotland
When you were a child what did you want to be when you grew up?
I have a video of my uncle asking me this question when I was around 6, and I told him I was going to be a horse lady, I assume I mean I wanted to ride horses for a living and not half woman, half horse.
What was your favourite TV program when you were a kid?
Sesame Street, I loved how colourful it was. And Bert and Ernie had great banter!
What was the first album you ever bought?
It was Take That's 'Take That And Party' on tape! What a classic...

Gayle Crawford - Store Manager

Born: Stirling, Scotland
When you were a child what did you want to be when you grew up?
I always wanted to follow in my mum's foot steps when I was younger and become a nurse. I never got ahead of myself and dreamed of becoming a rockstar or an astronaut or anything, so I chose the obvious steps to this humble career path by going to study textile design ;-)
What was your favourite TV program when you were a kid?
I don't remember having just one favourite TV programme as a kid. I liked all the usual suspects like Bod, Mr Benn, Bag Puss and Words and Pictures. I do remember having nightmares about Grotbags from The Pink Windmill Show though, so that's one I'd rather forget!
What was the first album you ever bought?
The first album I ever bought was 'Wet Wet Wet'. Aw yeah....Still remember bopping away to 'Sweet Little Mystery' at the primary school discos ;-)

India Taylor - Store Manager

Born: Edinburgh, Scotland
When you were a child what did you want to be when you grew up?
A pirate...Cutthroat Island style! So much so, that every fancy dress I went to as a child I went as a pirate!
What was your favourite TV program when you were a kid?
I can't really remember having a favourite show as such but I remember loving "Playschool" when I was teeny tiny and then moving on to "Funhouse" when I got a bit older, now that really was a whole lotta fun!!!!
What was the first album you ever bought?
I don't know if I bought it or was given it, but the first album I owned was The Prodigy's "Fat of the Land"....Yes I was that cool!

Elin Nordberg - Sales Assistant Services

Born: Sweden
When you were a child what did you want to be when you grew up?
My first choice profession was a firefighter, but then I got my senses together and decided to become a Police Officer...
What was your favourite TV program when you were a kid?
Pippi Longstocking and Winnie the Pooh!
What was the first album you ever bought?
Think it was something really cool, like Backstreet Boys or Spice Girls. They matched the massive posters in my room, ya know!

Nicole Forrest - Online Sales & Customer Services

Born: Fremantle, Australia
When you were a child what did you want to be when you grew up?
When I was little I wanted to work in a shop or be a window dresser! Not very ambitious, but achieved nonetheless. I also wanted to be a dancer...that was never going to happen!!
What was your favourite TV program when you were a kid?
I absolutely loved watching Different Strokes and The Brady Bunch when I got home from school, they were both my fave!
What was the first album you ever bought?
I can't remember what the first album I ever bought was, but I do remember 'borrowing' my sisters copy of Agadoo by Black Lace. Oh the memories!

Linda Jackson - Web Coordinator

Born: Cork, Ireland
When you were a child what did you want to be when you grew up?
Well, when I was very young I wanted to be a giraffe, that changed to the slightly more realistic goal of being an astronaut, this dream was reassessed when I realised Ireland didn't have a space program. So I finally decided on being a photographer at the grand old age of five, I'm still working on that one!
What was your favourite TV program when you were a kid?
There were loads to be honest. I was a right television addict, still am really. I loved Knight Rider, KIT was the coolest car ever. I also adored MacGyver, that man could do anything with a paperclip, I was a bit of a tom boy! Oh...nearly forgot about The Muppet Show! I loved Kemit and Gonzo.
What was the first album you ever bought?
The first album I ever got as a present was by Seal, I'd asked for it as a Christmas present. The first album I ever bought myself was by Hot House Flowers called "Songs from the Rain".
