Delivery
We aim to despatch all Bohemia orders within 2 working days, however this may be slightly longer during particularly busy periods. Please be assured our customer service department will keep you updated at all times on the progress of your order.

All orders are sent by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery, except for very large parcels which are sent by DHL (this service is available only to mainland UK customers at present).
Both Royal Mail and DHL deliveries require a signature on receipt of your parcel. If you are not normally at home during the day please supply an alternative address such as your work address, or instructions on where your parcel can be safely left, for example with a neighbour. A card will be left to re-arrange delivery if no one is at home to receive your order.
UK orders are usually delivered within 2 working days of our shipping confirmation email and International orders within 10 working days of our shipping confirmation email. If you have not received your order within the stated times please contact us and we will track your delivery.
For orders outside the UK the purchaser may incur additional import duties and custom charges. These are levied at the port of ingress and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
All purchases are subject to availability and on the rare occasion an item is out of stock we will email you immediately. We will, of course, offer a complete refund for any item which might be unavailable or alternatively we can give you a delivery date if the item is due back into stock.
